Abstract

Bruxism is a stereotyped movement disorder characterized by compulsive grinding of teeth. This rarely occurs as an adverse effect of long term use of venlafaxine. A46 year old man with generalized anxiety disorder developed bruxism after 6 years of continuous treatment with venlafaxine.
