Abstract
Roth's spots are retinal haemorrhages with white or pale centres composed of coagulated fibrin. They are usually caused by immune complex mediated vasculitis. Roth's spots are usually pathognomonic for subacute infective endocarditis. A case of leukaemia was presented to our OPD for fundus opinion. On ophthalmoscopy, Roth's spots were seen in all the quadrants of both the eyes.
