Abstract
Cornea verticillata is a whorl-like pattern seen on cornea may be due to long-term complication of drugs such as Amiodarone, Chloroquine, Phenothiazines, Indomethacin and corneal manifestation of sphingolipidosis. Here, we present a 80 year old male, who came for routine check-up was found tohave whorl-like pattern on cornea. On enquiry, it was found that he was taking 20mg pantoprazole once daily regularly for last 10 years. There was no history of long-term use of any other drug and no significant systemic illness.
