Abstract
Nasopharyngeal cysts are uncommon with a prevalence rate of 0.2% to 4% incidence, and are mostly asymptomatic. Here we present a symptomatic 30-years old male with a history of prolonged nasal obstruction, occipital headache and unilateral conductive hearing loss.
