Abstract
Orbital lymphomas are rare accounting for only 20% of all orbital tumors. We report a 65-year old male who presented with proptosis, defective vision and pain in left eye. On examination, there was relative afferent papillary defect (RAPD) and restricted extraocular movements in left eye. An ill-defined firm mass was felt between the supraorbital rim and eyeball on lateral aspect of orbit. CT revealed mass in the lateral rectus. Biopsy was done and histopathological examination suggested Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). We report this case for its rarity and presentation.
