Abstract
In the group of confounding fibro-osseous lesions, juvenile ossifying fibroma (JOF) is the most enigmatic lesion. It is the most uncommon clinical entity, distinctly in craniofacial skeleton with unique histological presentation. Because of its characteristic early onset in children and young adolescent, aggressive local behaviour and high recurrence rate, it is important to make an early diagnosis, apply the appropriate treatment and follow-up the patient over the long-term. Here we are reporting a case of Juvenile Ossifying Fibroma of left maxilla in 8-year old girl. Surgical excision of lesion was done with safe margins under general anaesthesia & further regular follow up was done
