Abstract
Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours are rare sarcomas arising from connective tissue around the nerves. These are commonly found in brachial plexus, sacral plexus and sciatic nerve. Acase of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour arising from superficial nerves of thigh which was difficult to diagnose on incision biopsy and histopathology, was confirmed by immunohistochemistry.
