Abstract
Infertility, risk of cancer, torsion and gangrene of the testis are common concern in the management of post pubertal, bilateral undescended testis (cryptorchidism). Orchidectomy is the only choice in torsion leading to gangrene of undescended testis. In cryptorchidism whether it is orchidectomy or orchidopexy and close observation, the controversy still exists.
