Abstract
Rhinolith is a calcified concretion of a nidus within the nasal cavity. Giant rhinoliths are now a very rare occurrence, since improved diagnostic techniques, such as endonasal endoscopy makes a faster diagnosis. Endonasal endoscopic removal of the Rhinolith measuring 3x3 cm was done under general anaesthesia. Smaller rhinolithscan be removed easily under local anaesthesia & larger rhinoliths can be removed using endonasal endoscope under general anesthesia.
