Abstract
A male child of 3 months with a sacrococcygeal mass was seen in surgical clnic. The mass present since birth had rapidly increased in size. Antenatal Ultrasound was normal and was delivered vaginally at term. AComplete resection of the tumor was performed without any complications. Pathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of sacrococcygeal teratoma. The postoperative course was uneventful and there were no further complications.
