Abstract
Strabismus fixus is a rare form of congenital strabismus, exhibiting the characteristics of an anomalous retraction syndrome due to the presence of a rigid, fibrous, short internal rectus that is intimately attached by a broad fibrous area to the sclera near the equator. We report a case of a 60-year old female who presented with an inward deviation and loss of vision in the left eye since childhood.
